Reported from CSPPLAZA: At 14:19 pm on April 17,2019, Supcon Delingha 50MW Molten Salt Tower CSP Project realized full load operation. 

The operation records show that the main indicators are better than the designed values: receiver outlet temperature up to 566℃, the main steam pressure is 13.3MPa, and the maximum output power of the turbine generator set is 50.65MW. Stable operation is performed in concentrating, heat absorption, heat storage, power generation and other subsystem equipment.

The project was connected to the grid on Dec.30,2018 and realized full load operation in very short time. It is also China’s second operational commercial tower CSP project. Next, the project will strive to achieve the designed power generation as soon as possible. 

The project owner Zhejiang SUPCON Solar Technology Co.,Ltd. is certain to become the Co-host of China International CSP Conference（CPC2019）to be held on 10-12，July, in Suzhou, China. During the conference, Zhejiang SUPCON will share in-depth the construction and operation experience of the project.
