Reported from CSPPLAZA: CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 selection activity officially begins today. Anyone who are interested in participating in the selection please download and submit the CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 Application Form.

Since 2017, CSPPLAZA AWARDS selection activity has been consecutively held twice. Based on the platform of annual China International CSP Conference & CSPPLAZA Annual Conference , the selection activity have got increasingly attention, becoming one of the most influential awards activities in CSP industry.

CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 will set four awards:

*Demonstration Project Promotion Award

*CSP Technology Innovation Award

*CSP Globalization Contribution Award

*Diversified Market Application Award. 

All of these awards are set to honor enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the CSP industry.

◆AWARDS SETTING1.Demonstration Project Promotion Award: 

The common vision of China's CSP industry has been to promote the successful construction of CSP demonstration projects. For this purpose, CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 will set a Demonstration Project Promotion Award in particular to honor enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to the demonstration projects’ construction in the past year.

Participants in the selection: The owners and EPC of the China CSP demonstration projects.(The winning companies of the last session will fail to participate in the award.)

Award amount: 5

2.CSP Technology Innovation Award

Technological innovation is the eternal driving force for the cost reduction of CSP. CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 Technology Innovation Award will honor companies and institutions that have made major breakthroughs in technological innovation and application over the past year.

Participants in the selection: Related companies of global CSP industrial chain and scientific research institutions.(The winning companies of the last session will fail to participate in the award.)

Award amount: 3

3.CSP Globalization Contribution Award

Globalization is the premise of “building the global CSP community” and a key measure to reduce the cost of CSP. For this reason, CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 will set up a Globalization Contribution Award in honoring the enterprises and institutions that have made outstanding contributions to the globalization of CSP.

4.Diversified Market Application Award

There is great value potential for concentrating solar heat and heat storage technology applied in diversified market such as EOR, clean heating, industrial steam, coal plant renovation, auxiliary power services, comprehensive energy and so on. CSPPLAZA AWARDS 2019 will set up a Diversified Market Application Award in honoring the enterprises and institutions that have made outstanding contributions in the field of diversified market application.

◆PRIZE PRESENTATION TIME

July 10, 2019

◆THE SELECTION PROCESS1.Collection of participation in the selection:

The list of participating companies is produced by two ways:participants' self-declaration and CSPPLAZA platform's recommendation. From time to time, relevant information of participating companies will be publicly released through the CSPPLAZA platform, and industry feedback will be collected. Those with adverse feedback will be disqualified once confirmed.

Time: From April 16, 2019 to May 31, 2019

2.Online voting:

The list of selected participants will be released through CSPPLAZA platform, with the online voting of all awards beginning. The score weight of online voting accounts for 30%.Time: FromJune 1, 2019 to June 15, 2019

3.Jury's review

CSPPLAZA, together with official institutions such as Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute, China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute, as well as the professional jury organized by 30 domestic and abroad mainstream CSP companies (The list of jury's member is attached.), will evaluate and vote the participating companies of each award. The score weight of jury accounts for 70%. 

Note : The vote weight of CSPPLAZA and industrial organizations&official institutions like Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute, China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute accounts for 300% ( One vote corresponding to getting three.) The vote weight of other jury members accounts for 100% ( One vote corresponding to getting one.) 

Time: From June 16, 2019 to June 30, 2019

4.The awards ceremony:

According to online vote and jury vote, CSPPLAZA can finally release the list of award winners. The awards ceremony will be held on July 10,2019, the first day of 2019 China International CSP Conference & CSPPLAZA Sixth Annual Conference.

Note: If you want to participate in the selection, please download the application form, and send it back after finishing. Participating companies will be publicized and displayed through CSPPLAZA platform. The display wall will also be set to show the listed companies.
