On September 8,the 100MW solar thermal power project of the Jinta Zhongguang Solar Power"CSP+PV"pilot project successfully completed the installation of the 10,000 sets of heliostat, and the huge heliostat field of 3.62 square kilometers has taken shape on the Gobi.
The project is equipped with 25,594 high-precision intelligent heliostats of 30 square meters. In the process of heliostat assembly and installation, the project team of Cosin Solar has carefully organized and planned, scientifically and reasonably arranged the construction by relying on the rich engineering management experience accumulated in a number of solar thermal power projects, and has overcome the impact of on-site sandstorm, strong wind and other inclement weather. Now it has entered the rapid installation stage, and plans to complete the installation of all heliostats by the end of the year.At present, the work of the project is in full progress, the civil engineering has been basically completed, and the installation of heat absorber, storage tank, steam turbine and other main equipment is being carried out, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

Jinta Zhongguang Solar Power"CSP+PV"pilot project is developed and constructed by Jinta Zhongguang Solar Thermal Power Co.,LTD,with a total installed capacity of 700MW,adopting the"solar thermal+"configuration mode, including solar thermal power 100MW and PV 600MW,among which the solar thermal part adopts the tower type fusion salt solar thermal power technology independently developed by Cosin Solar.Configure 8-hour molten salt energy storage system. The designed annual power generation of the project is 1.58 billion kWh,and after completion,it can save about 480,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.31 million tons per year.
