Time of selling bidding documents is from May 16, 2017 at 9:00am to May 25, 2017 at 5:00pm. The deadline for the submission of tender documents is June 13, 2017 at 10:00am.
According to the notice, the tender scope for EPC general contract of the project includes the whole process of EPC general contract,such as all engineering survey, design, material (referring to generic terms of equipment, parts, units, tools and other goods), procurement supply, equipment and materials supervision, construction, installation, commissioning, grid-generation, trial operation, trial production, production transfer, functional testing, preliminary acceptance, performance testing, completion acceptance, technology service, training, supporting services, etc. In addition, the tender content also includes the follow-up station operation and maintenance.
At the same time, the bidders should have the qualifications of power construction of the general contract of class A and above, engineering design power industry of class B and above,engineering survey professional geology of class B and above; a good financial condition with the registered capital of not less than 200 million yuan (only for non-consortium bidding bidders or the initiator of consortium bidding);design performance of stand-alone 300MW and above of thermal power projects into operation.The bidders should also have undertaken the cumulative capacity of at least 1200MW thermal power projects in five years. In addition, this tender accepts the consortium bid.
Located in photoelectric industrial area of Baishuizhen,Jinta,Jiuquan City , this project has the scale of installed capacity of 100M and the proposed site area is about 12.95km2.
