Northwest Electric Power Design Institute won the bid of EPC of China Power Engineering Hami 50MW tower solar thermal power project

Reported from CSPPLAZA : On April 17, the Northwest Electric Power Design Institute was announced to win the bid of EPC of the China Power Engineering Consulting Group Hami tower molten salt 50MW solar thermal power project with an amount of 1.52484 billion yuan. According to the public information, the total investment of the project is 1.58 billion yuan.

The tender notice of the project EPC was released on February 24. According to the notice, the bid substance includes the whole process of EPC general contracting work, such as all the preliminary work of the project(including land acquisition, all kinds of supporting documents, etc.), survey, design, material (referring to equipment, parts, units, tools, materials and other goods in general) procurement supply, equipment and materials supervision, comprehensive management of project implementation (project quality, safety management, duration and investment control), construction, installation, debugging, commissioning, technical service, training, grid-connected power generation, functional test, single acceptance, preliminary acceptance, performance test,quality assurance, completion acceptance, the operation guidance and maintenance and repair before the assessment period of the system, the operation optimization and adjustment guidance during the assessment period of the system, the warranty service during the quality warranty period, etc.
