A New Tool For Solar Island Commissioning-The Utilization of UAV to Test  The Optical Performance of Heat Collection Equipment

Reported from CSPPLAZA:On 20~22 June 2018, in Beijing, Klaus Pottler,General Manager of Germany CSP Services attended the Fifth China International CSP conference and CSPPLAZA annual meeting (CPC2018), in which he delivered a speech named A New Tool For Solar Island Commissioning-The Utilization of UAV to Test  The Optical Performance of Heat Collection Equipment.

When assembling the collector bracket, the company used QFoto, a 3D inspection system for the collector frame, to ensure assembly quality. For collector performance measurements, TARMES can be used for offset photography from the ground and lifts; QFly – trough collector field optical performance aerial detection, with high resolution, can achieve the detection of collector slope deviation, tracking deviation, tracking offset, distortion or misalignment and complete optical measurement of large trough collectors within a few days.
