【Tender News】Royal Tech Yumen 50MW CSP Project to Open a EPC General Contract Tender

Reported from CSPPLAZA: Recently, Royal Tech CSP Limited (referred to as the Royal Tech) officially released an open tender of EPC general contract for its Yumen 50MW parabolic through thermal oil CSP demonstration project. The deadline for buying the biding document is April 7, 2017 and the date for bid opening shall be on 9:30 am April 25, 2017.

Using a new generation of silicone oil as a heat transfer fluid, the project is located in Yumen, Gansu Province, China.

According to the tender notice, the tender includes the whole process of EPC general contracting work, such as all the engineering survey, design, materials procurement supply, equipment and material supervision, project implementation comprehensive management, construction, installation, debugging, commissioning, technical services, training, grid-connected power generation, functional testing, single acceptance, preliminary acceptance, performance test,etc.

It is clarified in the bidding announcement that the tender unit shall have the class A qualification certificate of engineering design and investigation awarded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; have two 600MW and above domestic thermal power engineering EPC general contracting production performance; have solar thermal power generation consulting and design performance.

Besides, this tender does not accept the consortium bid.
